We Didn't Start the Fire Week 2: South Pacific

Average rating:5.0Number of reviews:(1)
A onetime class about "South Pacific". This is part of a multi-class curriculum using the topics from the Billy Joel song "We didn't start the fire".

Class Experience

I have a degree in History as well as passed my teaching test in Massachusetts. I use my love of History and facts to help children understand that history is conceived of real people who did real things. I found Social Studies class boring as a child because the teachers concentrated mostly on dates and statistics rather than the humans behind the events. I use the historical documents and primary sources to bring the past to life.
