Want to program a robot that can drive around and clean up trash at the bottom of the ocean? In this class we will be using a "Scratch-like" code editor that allows us to program a virtual Vex robot. Using a virtual robot allows learners to try robotics without purchasing an actual robot! Learners will learn how to drive the robot and sense objects in the environment. Zoom and vr.vex.com need to be on the same device so that learners can share their screen with me when they have a problem or want to share their work. Some learners need help to set this up during the first class. Learners who want to use two devices can log into the classroom twice.
