In this one time class we will make the cutest Unicorn bookmark! Learners will practice their English listening skills while they follow directions and create! Teacher will help students present their project in correct English grammar.

Class Experience

This class is geared towards students who are learning ENGLISH as a second language.  The teacher will speak slowly when needed and correct students as they speak.  We will begin class by introducing ourselves.  Students will have the opportunity to present their Unicorn at the end of class to practice speaking skills.

This class is excellent for students learning to listen and comprehend directions in the English language.

I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dance Performance with a minor in Health Education.  I have been teaching English as a Second Language for over 5 years to students ages 3-16 all over the world.  I love helping students grow in their English speaking skills while making it fun and interesting to the individual!  In my free time I like watching super hero movies learning new skills and going on adventures in the outdoors!  In addition, I have been teaching and doing choreography for over 15 years.  I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2.  I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.  I love UNICORNS and CRAFTS!

Classes will be taught with patience and understanding.  This class is to practice listening and direction following in the English language.  Corrections on pronunciation, grammar and speaking in full sentences will be given if needed.  Please know that the teacher will not over correct as this can lead to frustration.  Learning English should be a positive and even fun learning experience.

*Learners will be using scissors to cut small shapes.  If they are not comfortable please have a helper ready to assist.
