In this class your learner will learn about the art form called still life as it relates to the work of Paul Cézanne.

Class Experience

Learners in this class will engage with the visual arts genre: still life. They will identify subject matter and learn about still life imagery in history. They will discuss composition and gestalt. The main focus will be on the still life of Paul Cézanne and what lead to his innovative work. We will discuss artists and artworks that influenced Cézanne as well as those he influenced.
