Class Experience
Each workout participants well be taught various exercises targeting the whole body over the course of the class. Topics (exercises) could include; Squats, Planks, Push -ups, on the spot Sprints, etc... There well be many variations to keep the class exciting and challenging! Hello Parents! Please make sure your student has adequate workout space (about body length each direction), proper athletic footwear, a non breakable water bottle, comfortable non restricting clothing, and a sweat towel if needed! As well please be advised that injuries can occur with exercise. I well always do my best in instruction, demonstration, and tips, but... injuries can still occur. Discretion advised.
