US Grade 4 - 6
In this three-week course, students will read through the book, 'The Tail of Emily Windsnap' by Liz Kessler. Throughout this time, students will work on vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills right along side their fellow mermaids! Content will be taught through posted videos, discussion questions, interactive worksheets and communication with the teacher. Homework Offered
Students will be expected to read on their own and complete any possible assignments. While assignments are not required for students, in order for students to experience the course fully, it is highly recommended that they complete the given assignments.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Students will be assessed on their basic comprehension, communication, and creative writing skills individually. Comments and insights will be shared with guardians at the end of the course within one week of class completion.Grades Offered
