Drop in to meet your new ESL teacher. We will say hello and introduce ourselves in the same format that the ESL conversation classes will be conducted. This way you can try out the class to see if you like it before you enroll.
Class Experience
US Grade 6 - 8
Beginner - Intermediate Level
The learners will be able to meet the new ESL teacher and participate in some drills and exercises to see if they like the class and if they want to sign up for the eight-week course starting in January. Each class session will be the same through the end of December. I will greet the students and ask them some basic questions to assess their fluency level. This class is taught in English.
Learners will have the opportunity to meet the new ESL teacher. In this drop-in class, the learners will participate in a few conversation exercises so that they can see if they enjoy this format. This is a fun, get-to-know-you session before class starts in January.
I am an ACE Educator for Outschool. I have a BA in Linguistics from San Diego State University, and I also have a TEFL Teaching Certificate. I am a Distinguished Toastmaster and a member of the D25 Speakers' Bureau. I have taught English Conversation to both children and adults around the world for many years.

Learners are expected to keep their cameras and mics on and be located in a quiet place so that we can have a class discussion.
