In this two part class, you will learn the letters in the Hebrew alphabet, the sounds of the letters, and how to write the Hebrew alphabet in both block and cursive writing. There are also 5 vowels you will learn, these vowels change the sounds the letters make. Students will learn to recognize Hebrew letters and sounds associated with the letters. Students will learn to write in Hebrew through the formation of Hebrew letters in both block and cursive writing.
I have been teaching in Australia for over 16 years in pre-Kindy, Kindy, Primary and High Schools. I began studying Hebrew over 40 years ago and have lived in Israel altogether for over 3 years studying on Ulpan and working on kibbutzim. I have taught beginning Hebrew lessons in a private school in Brisbane, Australia.
