Intro to Body Weight Exercise

This ongoing class Students will learn and practice the basics of Bodyweight exercising.
Class Experience
Each lesson Students will do a warm-up comprised of jumping jacks, squats, and mountain climbers before they do some light dynamic stretching. Once the warmup is complete students will learn a 10 exercise bodyweight workout. There will be different exercises each week. Students will do the exercises for 15 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. Students will learn body weight exercises that allow them to get out extra energy and stay in shape while at home.
I was a four-year student-athlete at the division one level and set a school record in the 8k with a time of 24:49.

A large enough space to move around. Proper clothes to work out in. A supply of water for the student during their break.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Make sure your student has plenty of space to exercise in and that I can see the whole space. They also need to be in proper workout attire including good closed-toe shoes.
