Beginner - Advanced Level
Join us for some Holiday fun! Stretch and strengthen all your dance muscles. Feel free to decorate your space or wear exercise friendly holiday attire. This class is a workout session that will be focused on the strength and flexibility needs for dancers. Class will start with a warm up and then move into intermediate to advanced core strength, including some Pilates exercises.
