US Grade 6 - 8
This course is a survey of histories from Medieval times through the Enlightenment. Learners will explore history in Europe, West Africa, China, the Americas, and Japan. Students learn to use research, writing, and critical thinking skills in this class. Students will learn about history and explore themes of geography, economics, and government. I have over twenty years of experience working with and teaching students. I have a bachelor's degree in both History and Economics. My master's degree is in Higher Education. I also have a juris doctorate degree in Law. Most importantly, I have a passion for teaching, history in particular!

Topics that are sensitive in nature may be discussed during this class. All discussions and assignments will be age-appropriate. The impact of various religions and ideas will be part of this course. Any discussion will be secular in nature.
