Because geometry is a different type of math, it is sometimes the first time students have had to study for a math class. Geometry is different than most math because it requires the student to know definitions, postulates, and theorems BEFORE they can event set up the problems to do the actual "math". Homework Offered
Practice problems will be assigned for homework and expected to be completed by the student so that they are able to come prepared for class. Homework assignments will be provided digitally. Success of the student will be dependent upon the work they are putting into the course, outside of class, to fully understand the material.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Assessments will be offered after each unit and provided digitally. Students will be informed of their assessment grades upon completion of the assessment and will have opportunities to ask for support on problems they did not understand.Grades Offered
