Students will become comfortable using intermediate-level vocabulary, grammar, and phrases needed for simple, everyday interactions. This class sets a foundation and desire for future learning.

My native language is English—I learned German from my German mother and took German in school all the way through college, earning my B.A. in German. I even worked for a year as an intern in the German Bundestag, in an environment of total language immersion. I have a deep respect and appreciation for the German language, which I will pass on to your learner in my class!
