In this 8- week course, students will learn about emotional intelligence and the benefits of mindfulness and breathing techniques to reduce the amount of stress, to help being relaxed, regulated or focused.
Class Experience
In this 8-week course, students will learn about the ability to be smart about feelings, our own and other people's so, we can understand and act on thoughts in an effective way. They will also learn mindful breathing techniques, how to raise focus, curiosity and compassion. This class is for everyone who wants to experience the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. I am a certified Mindfulness Instructor and a Life and Leadership Coach with a masters in Neuropsychology. I am an educator and online teacher. I have experience working as therapist with kids and teenagers.
