In this 8- week course, students will learn about emotional intelligence and the benefits of mindfulness and breathing techniques to reduce the amount of stress, to help being relaxed, regulated or focused.

Class Experience

-Students will learn Mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques 
-Students will experience and feel the benefits of the practice 
-Students will develop techniques to help their self regulation 
-Students will learn emotional intelligence
I am a certified Mindfulness Instructor and a Life and Leadership Coach with a masters in Neuropsychology. I am an educator and online teacher. I have experience working as  therapist with kids and teenagers.

- Yoga mat, blanket or towel (Optional/Not Required)
