In this class, elementary students will learn how to conjugate common Spanish verbs through fun and interactive Kahoot games, daily conversations, and short readings.
Class Experience
This class will teach elementary-level students how to conjugate common Spanish verbs by engaging in daily conversations, reading short stories, and playing games in Spanish. The class structure will involve role-play conversation, group activities, and reading comprehension exercises. By participating in this Spanish class, elementary students will develop the ability to conjugate common Spanish verbs, engage in daily conversations, and read short stories in Spanish, thus building a strong foundation in the language and fostering a love for learning Spanish.
As a professional Spanish teacher, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and a minor in education. With over a decade of experience teaching elementary-level students, my teaching portfolio includes nine years of classroom instruction in public schools, six years of teaching ESL online and instructing on Outschool since June 2020. I have also designed an Elementary Spanish curriculum for a private school and created all the curricula offered in my Outschool courses.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Students will utilize Kahoot in class to play a game to demonstrate an understanding of the concepts learned. Students will need to use a split screen or have a separate device to play the game during class. I will provide a game PIN during class for students to login into the game. Students may need some parental assistance logging into the game. These resources are free to use and do not require a separate login.
Students will be sent a verb chart for the verb of study prior to each class.
