Art lovers are invited to learn about different styles of Modern Art and different artist this weekly flex course. Every Monday, students receive a short video with information on the art style, the artist of the week, and an art challenge. The video will include instructions to get students started on their art project; however, in order to allow for individual creativity to flourish, the teacher will not demonstrate a full step by step art project from start to finish. Ms. Rae has taught kids arts and crafts classes for over a decade. She have an appreciation for modern art and enjoy drawing as a hobby.

While most projects use basic drawing supplies (paper, pencil, something to color with) some projects may be expanded by using paint or child-safe scissors. The expansion suggestion is merely an option and is not required. Families who wish for younger children to work independently, may choose to omit the usage of paint or child-safe scissors.
