Students should have a water bottle, some space to move around, and socks if they're on carpet. Please have students move at their own pace. They can stop the video and rewind as needed. Please allow them to learn with little interference/parent feedback, just as would be the case in a regular dance class. If they tend to be shy about dancing in front of family, please permit them to dance in their own private space. Feeling free and positive will encourage them to try something new and unfamiliar to them! There is no strenuous movement, and students will warm up together with me (so no pre-class preparation is necessary.)
