This private career coaching session is for students who want to determine the career that fits them best. We will conduct assessments that will help match the student to a chosen profession. Then, the student will research their chosen career, discovering its financial remuneration, work-life balance, and education requirements. We will then create an education plan, including schools to attend, degrees and/or certifications to pursue, and how to pay for an education. The class will finish...
Main goal: Identify the career the student wants to pursue. Secondary goals: Learn the skills and education needed to begin a chosen career. Learn the salary, work-life balance, and opportunities of a chosen career. Learn how to create a resume.

Homework Offered
The homework will involve the student conducting research, writing, and taking assessments. The homework between sessions is vital to moving forward successfully. The student will turn in assignments before the next session, and I will use them to tailor the next session to the student’s needs. Homework should take less than 1 hour a week, but many students enjoy the research and spend much more time on it.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
