In this 6 week class, your child will read the assigned chapters at home each week. We will then meet in class once a week to discuss our thoughts, predictions, and more over the chapters. We'll end our last class with a fun activity!

Do you have a reluctant or struggling reader? Well I did, and I tell you this book really peeked her interest and helped instill her love of reading! Your child will need their own copy of Frindle, written by Andrew Clements. Chapters will be read outside of class time. My local library sold it to me for less than a $1.00. So won't hurt to ask. :) Below, you will find a detailed outline of our 6 weeks together. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me....
Students will be encouraged to read weekly and come to class to interact with the teacher and other peers. I offer a positive environment where there are no wrong answers or silly questions. I want your child to gain confidence in talking, and sharing their opinion.
