In this 4-week course, students will meet twice a week for 25 minutes and do body weight exercises. They will have a warm-up, do one set of exercises, get one break, do a second set, and do a cooldown. Perfect for restless kids.

Class Experience

Students will learn body weight exercises that they can do at home on their own so they can stay in shape.
I was a four year student athlete at the division one level and set a school record in the 8k at 24:49. I am now an assistant coach for the UNC Asheville cross country/track team.

A large enough space to move around. Good work out clothes. A willingness to do a cool down after the class to avoid injury. We will warm up during class so there is no need to warm up before class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Make sure your student has appropriate shoes and space to do exercises such as pushups and jumping jacks. They should also have water ner by.
