This could include mastering a new braid type, experimenting with variations, or refining specific skills. -Forum Post- Short written reflections on their practice sessions, highlighting challenges faced, breakthroughs, and personal insights. This encourages self-reflection and helps me to understand individual progress. Assignments will be given on a weekly basis to allow students time for focused practice and reflection between class sessions. Mirror: - A handheld or tabletop mirror to allow learners to view their work from different angles. Any household mirror will suffice. 6. Notebook and Pen: - A notebook for jotting down notes, reflections, and any personal observations during practice sessions.
