Class Experience

Are you interested in making your own digital animations, cartoons, or short clips but you're unsure where or how to begin? Made for first time learners, and taught in a slow yet measured pace, learn the foundations that will help you in using Procreate Dreams.

Students will gain an understanding of how to use Procreate Dreams at the beginner level, learning the user interface, commands and gestures, and how to animate simple exercises while applying the 12 principles of animation. Students will learn other vocabulary like key frames, animating on 1s and 2s, as well as other vocabulary.

My experience includes teaching English to children in China as well as being a native speaker in Spanish. I have a degree in English writing. I also speak Spanish at the native level, too. I've taught language classes using different schools of thought as well as worked as a translator in previous jobs, providing customer support and more.

Ideally, at the end of each month or every couple of weeks, students will present a unique animation that mixes and combines some of the principles of animation. Students are encouraged to exercise and experiment in their personal projects and artistic growth.
