Class Experience
Perhaps your learners have studied animal anatomy, in this intensive series they will look specialized anatomy of different Arctic animals and Arctic Ecosystems. Each class will begin with study of animal and anatomy, the second half of class learners will help choose which animal we will draw. This class is a relaxed setting to learn and study some amazing facts! Learners will enjoy a fun time of drawing, and will have the opportunity to add a picture of their drawing to the class art...
I have more than 20 years of experience teaching and creating with children in various settings including leading camps, afterschool programs, and other children's programs. Over the last six years, I have taught young learners online and homeschooled my own children. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and I am passionate about utilizing my knowledge and research skills to educate children about the fascinating world of animals. I have provided private conversational English and science tutoring on Outschool for a few years using a program named Favorite Things. Additionally, I offer anatomy lessons as an alternative to dissection and classes that involve compound microscopes.
