Ingredients that I will be using will be listed at least 72 hours before the class. However, your ingredients do not need to match mine exactly. The most important thing about the boards is that you pick foods that your family will enjoy! I can help students come up with creative ways to arrange any foods they would like to include.

Ingredients do not need to be fancy. In fact, sometimes it's fun to see what you have in the house to work with!

Ingredients Could Include:
-Meats (prosciutto, salami, pepperoni, turkey sticks, ham, turkey, etc.)
-Blocks of Cheeses (brie, gouda, cheddar, goat, feta, blue, pepper jack, etc.)
-Sliced Cheese
-Ricotta Cheese
-Fruit (apples, grapes, berries, pomegranate, kiwi, dried fruit, raisins, etc.)
-Vegetables (carrots, cucumber, pickles, etc.)
-Olives/Olive Mix
-Any cracker
-Crostini
-Breadsticks
-Nuts/Trailmix/Dried Fruit/Seeds
-Small chocolates/chocolate bars
-Cookies
-Jams/spreads/honey (or honeycomb)
-Small snack foods (pretzels, goldfish, cheez-its, dried cereals, etc.)
-Fresh herbs

Suggested Tools:
-Knives
-Cutting Boards
-Some type of platter to present the board
-Toothpicks (could be decorative, not required)
-Small bowls (not required)
-Skinny drinking glass (used to make roses with salami)
-Forks, spoons
Students will be using knives in this class.
