Students will learn a full year's curriculum in 9th grade math (algebra 1), english, spelling, biology, and social studies.
Teachers have expertise in teaching about world literature and cultures. Teacher will be objective and patient while explaining differing views of the events. Teachers will have at least 5 years experience teaching 9th grade.
Homework Offered
Each week, students will receive homework in math, english, spelling, and sometimes science and social studies.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Assignments that are handed into the teacher will be given written feedback.Grades Offered
Paper Pencil Art Supplies All supplies needed will be posted in the classroom at least one week in advance.
Information for this class is purely fact and zero opinions. We never discuss our own political views. We will be discussing the US Government and politics. Students will be reading mythology from different world cultures at different points during the class. Some myths contain violence. While we will discuss all views, we will always champion the viewpoint of the oppressed and will tell the truth about all sides.
