Class Experience
US Grade 2 - 5
This flex class is a great fit for students who are wanting to gain more knowledge and understanding and strengthen their foundational math skills. Each week I will post two instructional videos based on the weekly topic on Tuesday and Thursday and an optional assignment on Thursday. Every three weeks I will post an optional assessment in place of the assignment so the students can apply what they have learned. The students can submit or share their work for feedback or just to show off...
Students will strengthen, practice, and learn foundational math skills to be successful in 3rd grade and in preparation for 4th grade.
I have been in the classroom setting for four years teaching grade 2nd-5th teaching all subjects consisting of: math, reading, history, science, spelling, and grammar. I also have masters course work in elementary education.
Homework Offered
Optional classwork will be posted each week.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
An optional assessment will be posted every 3 weeks. I will informally assess your students with questions etc and I will provide you a weekly report by your request.Grades Offered
